Deposits

A $200 cleaning and security deposit is required for the rental of all CRPD facilities. If alcohol is being served the cleaning and security fee is $500. Deposit must be received in order to secure date(s). Building deposit will be refunded upon completion of the activity if the facility is returned to its original condition. Refund may take up to six weeks to process if paid by check or cash. Deposits made by credit card will take 2-3 business days to be refunded.

Insurance

All individuals, groups or organizations renting CRPD facilities will obtain a certificate of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000, naming the District as co-insured with an additional insured endorsement. Coverage can be obtained through the district’s insurance carrier for an additional fee.

Alcohol

An additional security deposit is required if alcoholic beverages are served while renting a CRPD facility.
