Join us for FREE information, services and resources for the health and well-being of the aging community!

📅 When: Wednesday, April 30, from 1 – 3 p.m.

📍 Where: Lincoln Village Community Park

This is a FREE event for all ages who seek information, services and resources that pertain to the overall health and well-being of the aging community. Local organizations and services will be present to handout information. Visit each vendor to receive a stamp in your Passport. Turn in completed Passports for a FREE lunch.
