NOSAC Membership
For a membership fee of just $10/year, active adults will enjoy discounts on classes, events, monthly newsletters and more. A membership is not required to participate in CRPD activities. Non-members will pay $5 more for classes held at the Neil Orchard Senior Activities Center. For more information call 916-366-3133.
The Neil Orchard Senior Activities Center is open Monday – Thursday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Holiday Closures: November 28-29, December 23-31 and January 1-3, 2025.

Technology 1:1 Troubleshooting
Annoying little technology issues can often be solved by some simple changes to the settings on your devices (Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop). Reserve your spot in 1:1 troubleshooting session and bring your devices that need troubleshooting with you. You can also use the session to learn about features on your devices. Space is limited. Registration is required. Only 8 spots available each date.

Green Thumb Lunch
$6 non-members, day of, or TO-GO orders | $5 for members in advance
An award winning program developed by NOSAC staff and the volunteer garden club, this highly popular program allows for the community to come together for a nutritious meal and social interaction. Members of the Green Thumb program cultivate a year-round garden and organize monthly garden club meetings. Using ingredients from the garden, the program provides a weekly lunch consisting of fresh salads, sandwiches, soups and homemade baked items.

Special Events and Excursions
In addition to classes, the Neil Orchard Senior Activities Center hosts daily activities, special events and day trips throughout the year.
Senior Advisory Board
The Senior Advisory Board was established to provide financial support to the senior center and the programs and activities it provides. The Board’s role includes planning and promotion of fund-raising activities at various special events. All funds raised by the Board are used for purposes that benefit senior center members and any participants in the senior center’s programs and activities.
